Trainer
Mariyah Bintey Imran is the Founder of Fitl. She is an internationally certified personal fitness trainer (International Sports Association of America), yoga instructor (International Sports Association of America) and prenatal yoga teacher (Om Yoga Flow). She started her fitness journey in 2018 and got her first certification in 2021. Through her online personal fitness training and yoga classes, Mariyah has helped women in Pakistan, UK, Dubai, Canada, Hong Kong and India in their fitness journey.
